Responsibilities
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, you'll be following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Use your savvy skills to cross-sell, round out accounts, and issue insurance documentation.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in obtaining and updating client information.
- With your keen attention to detail, you'll be assisting clients with policy changes.
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
- You'll have the opportunity to treat each client interaction as an opportunity to educate & advise.
Requirements
- No insurance experience needed. Will help the right candidate get licensed.
- Must be an organized self-starter.
- A team player who is detail-oriented and driven to succeed.
- A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver who has the ability to multitask.
- Tech-savvy, self-starter with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
