JOB SUMMARY:
The Guest Experience Representative reports to the Guest Experience Supervisor and is responsible for driving the success of customer service, sales, and relations in the Contact Center, Launch, and Nalo Kai. This position will be expected to deliver and promote prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all residents, guests, and employees. Creating remarkable experiences for guests before, during, and after every visit.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creating a comfort driven culture through daily services and attitude.
  • Ensuring a strong focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Answering calls, listening to their concerns, and solving problems.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients.
  • Ongoing management of customer profiles.
  • Processing transactions and payments.
  • Assist guests during their arrival and departure.
  • Assist with all guests related inquiries and processes.
  • Creating and maintaining customer profiles.
  • Provide insight and information about the venue, attractions, and local area.
  • Providing or arranging for general business services for guests.
  • Work with the Guest Experience Supervisor to enhance the experience and services offered.
  • Manage daily responsibilities and communicate with team.
  • Work together as a team to reach common goals.
