Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met for our surrogacy and egg donation programs. The role involves guiding the team, setting strategic objectives, and maintaining the highest ethical standards. This position demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of assisted reproductive technologies. Being a people person is crucial. Additionally, the ideal candidate should lead without micromanagement, promoting autonomy and empowerment among the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the surrogacy and egg donation programs, ensuring clear objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee the program from initial consultation to successful completion, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach.
- Stay informed on industry advancements and best practices, integrating them into program development.
Referral Partnerships and Strategic Growth
- Forge and deepen referral partnerships, building strategic relationships with clinics and other relevant entities.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of referral sources to support business growth.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with partners, promoting a positive image for the company.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the operational team, providing guidance, supervision, and training to ensure staff performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Identify training and development needs, providing resources and support to enhance team skills.
Client Relations and Operations Oversight
- Engage with clients throughout the process, handling their issues, concerns, and questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct quality control checks and team audits to maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance with program requirements.
- Oversee the operational aspects of the surrogacy and egg donation programs, ensuring efficient workflows and resolving any bottlenecks or operational challenges.
- Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and industry regulations, implementing quality assurance measures as needed.
- Address client-related concerns and operational bottlenecks promptly to ensure program efficiency and smooth processes.
Key Performance Indicators and Reporting
- Establish and monitor KPIs for the programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on program performance, including success rates, timelines, and financial metrics.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all program-related activities while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in assisted reproductive technologies or similar fields.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of team management and program oversight.
- Extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, with an outgoing personality.
- Ability to lead without micromanagement and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
- A people person who enjoys interacting with clients and team members.
- Must be local to the Metro Atlanta area.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position requiring the Operations Manager to be on-site two days per week for team collaboration, strategy sessions, and in-person meetings. We believe that face-to-face interaction enriches team dynamics and enhances the creative process. On other days, there is the flexibility to work remotely, allowing for a balance of focused independent work and essential team interaction.
