Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDocument Specialist needed for processing of hard copy documents at GEH Wilmington site (ATC2) Essential Responsibilities Contractor will evaluate hard copy documents and determine if they are to be retained or destroyed. Contractor will perform searches in GEH’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to see if hard copy documents are available electronically. For documents that will be retained, contractor will process documents in accordance with GEH instructions, which may include placing documents in onsite storage or packaging documents in boxes for shipment to an offsite storage vendor. Contractor will develop a Master Document Register for the documents that are retained and prepare status reports as needed. For documents that will be destroyed, contractor will place those documents in GEH-provided disposal bins. Qualifications / Requirements • Able to lift 40 pounds. • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure documents are processed appropriately. • Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments. • Prepare Master Document Register and reports related to document status using Excel or Word. • Experience with MS Office365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). SOLICITATION FOR STAFF AUGMENTATION & LABOR Additional Desired Characteristics • Experience with processing documents in a regulated environment. • Experience with Enovia Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. • Knowledge of nuclear business products and business processes. • Ability to manage multiple activities, resources, and task priorities. • Process oriented with ability to facilitate continuous performance improvement. • Open communication style. • Strong oral and written communication skills.
