HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS DYNAMIC ROLE
As an HVAC and Plumbing Dispatcher, you start your day by diving into coordinating customer and technician schedules. Your sharp organizational skills shine as you manage time slots and ensure seamless communication between our team and our customers. You prioritize incoming service calls, keep track of our technicians and apprentices, and update customers on their service status with ease. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our top-notch service quality and building customer confidence in our expert technicians
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS AN HVAC AND PLUMBING DISPATCHER
- Stellar attendance and an enthusiasm for working with our fantastic crew
- Fast and accurate typing skills (with accuracy always being above speed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
SCHEDULE
For this dispatching role, your work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for overtime.
