Position Summary:


Analyzes financial information, maintain complete and accurate records, and assist with routine accounting duties. Provide efficient, reliable support to accounting department staff, other departments, and external parties. Must be a skilled researcher and possess strong communication and computer skills.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, information related to supplies and inventory.
  • Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, monthly, and annual activities including assisting with financial reports, and budgets.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong math and research skills.
  • Strong Computer skills with knowledge of accounting software.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance.

  • Strong Computer skills with knowledge of accounting software.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field - preferred
