What you'll do:
  • Onboarding: Welcome new Role Models with a comprehensive orientation program.
  • Coaching: Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching to help your team excel.
  • Performance matters: Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure compensation is administered fairly.
  • Staffing: Keep our customer service running smoothly by staffing open positions efficiently.
  • Available: Be a supportive presence for your team, addressing questions and concerns.
