Job Requirements
Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.
Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.
Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements,
Develops detailed project plans and ensure that all implementation processes are completed. These can include resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, ensuring testing occurs and is documented, Monitoring other documentation creation as needed, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.
required technical skills include understanding of Networking infrastructure, use of MS office applications like word, Excell, PowerPoint etc...
This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end.
Experience with implementation of IT security solutions extremely helpfull.

Experience with implementation of any of the following:
1. Network equipment upgrades
2. Operating systems upgrades
3. Network layer security systems (firewall, network layer control)
4. User management, (Password, login management tools)
5. End user security software (Antivirus, EDR software, etc...)
6. Email security
7. Active CISSP certification desirable
8. Some scripting experience highly desirable

Important Notes: (Do proper pre-screening and add recruiter summary on top of resume)
Candidate should be able to:
1. Explain the major phases of a project in a using Waterfall methodology )Plan/design/Build/Test Implement/Close.
2. We do not use Agile. So no point will be given for mentioning Agile methodology
3. Create a project schedule in concert with the Engineers to define task and dates
4. Hold regular meetings for project status discussion and to capture progress
5. Maintain a RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
6. Maintain the project dashboard and adjust project status as needed (Green/Yellow/Red)
7. Hold ad Hoc meetings as needed for issue resolution/Design discussions
8. Holding Lessons Learned meeting at various project milestones
