Hours are 9AM-5PM – Monday – Friday.

We seek a sales-focused customer service or administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology. We will provide additional training for the right candidate to assist with hearing aids (cleaning, troubleshooting, etc.).

  • Answering phones, confirming patient appointments.
  • Coordinates reception area activities to promote communication throughout the office.
  • Verify insurance and eligibility with the insurance company.
  • Enter all information into computer and prepare chart for physician.
  • Collect co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay’s.
  • Schedule patient appointments.

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers.
  • An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software a plus.
  • High School Diploma

A competitive hourly rate is offered along with a healthcare stipend, paid holidays and paid time off.
