Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for motivated individuals with a passion for the industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with standard drink recipes and bartending techniques. Basic knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations.
- Certification: Valid Responsible Beverage Service certification or equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
