Job Description

Essential Job Duties:

  • Create and implement dashboards with data-backed insights, providing visual representations of key metrics and trends in order to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret data sets related to specific areas of the organization and business, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights highlighting potential areas where the organization can enhance processes, increase efficiency, or optimize performance.
  • Support business intelligence strategies through quantitative analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally in an effort to contribute in improving overall business processes and decision-making.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree or relevant IT technical certifications and work experience, required.

Requirements

  • Must have experience building data analytics dashboards.
  • Must have a history of cross-functional collaboration to drive strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Must be proficient in SQL server reporting services, PowerBI, and/or other data visualization tools.
  • Highly skilled in transforming data and affecting business processes to support data governance and integrity.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable in a collaborative environment working with senior leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize.
