About the job:


The Supports Coordinator Supervisor position supervises a team of Supports Coordinators, ensuring proper training and completion of all Support Coordinator assigned job duties. Supports culturally competent recovery-based practices and person-centered planning as a shared decision-making process.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Preferred.

Experience: Minimum of three years supervisory and or clinical experience with population served, meets QIDP qualifications.

Requirements:

  1. Licensure as Social Worker in Michigan, or qualifications to obtain. (Preferred)

  2. Valid MI Driver's License

  3. Completion of the personnel hiring requirements specified in the

  4. Conditional Job Offer at the time of hire.
