As a Real Estate Investment Intern, you will support our inside sales team in managing and expanding our property portfolio. You'll gain hands-on experience by engaging with inbound leads, conducting market research, assisting in the management of our CRM, and learning cutting-edge marketing, sales, and dispositions strategies essential in the competitive real estate market. This role is a unique opportunity to understand the nuts and bolts of real estate investing, marketing, sales, and property dispositions from a team that is setting the pace in the industry.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in qualifying and following up on inbound leads to gauge investment potential.
  • Support the team in CRM data entry and management, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Help identify and communicate potential improvements in our sales, investment, marketing, and dispositions processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to the company's investment goals.
  • Engage in daily learning activities aimed at personal and professional growth within the real estate sector.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of innovative marketing and sales strategies to enhance property visibility and attract potential investors.
  • Learn to manage the end-to-end process of property dispositions, ensuring profitable and efficient transactions.
Qualifications:

  • Current students or recent graduates with a major in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A keen interest in real estate markets, investment strategies, marketing innovations, and sales techniques is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and effectively work with team members and potential clients preferred.
  • An energetic, competitive mindset that thrives in a high-energy environment is preferred.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges are preferred.
  • A commitment to continuous, incremental personal and professional development is preferred.
