The clubhouse is operational nearly year-round with dining service available Tuesday through Sunday, with limited service on shoulder seasons. Members can enjoy family and adult dining areas in the clubhouse with the option of dining on the deck overlooking the golf course in the warmer months. There is ample function space to accommodate larger events in addition to an outdoor patio.

The Mission is to maintain and continuously improve the golf course and clubhouse facilities for present and future members. To deliver a rewarding membership experience both on and off the course, by ensuring that services and facilities are of the highest possible standard, while maintaining our financial stability and providing our members with excellent value for their money.
Job Summary:
Walpole Country Club is searching for committed, diligent, and experienced servers who are passionate on high level service. We offer a hospitable, professional style of dining to our membership. We are open for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Sunday. Country Club experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide top-level service to members and guests at all times
- Interact with members and guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay service focused and nurture an excellent member experience
- Comply with all state, local and club food and beverage regulations
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 1 year serving experience required.
- Personable, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be dependable with reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Salary & Benefits:
- The salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

- Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour (includes hourly rate + gratuity)
- Physical Setting: Casual dining restaurant

- 8-hour shift
- Holiday and weekend availability
