What exactly are we looking for?A Project Manager who has:

1. The capacity to plan and define the project scope for your team. You can create detailed contingency plans that help identify the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

2. Experience in creating and managing various project timelines to track milestones and finish them in the most efficient manner.

3. The leadership abilities to organize, motivate, and coach your team of experienced developers to help guide them to success.

4. The ability to facilitate and troubleshot problems associated with complex systems.

5. The ability to communicate effectively, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and software developers to develop the best project and business plans for the team.

6. The ability to organize, implement, and execute the project according to plan.

7. Master with Scrum, and Agile work environments.

8. The ability to measure and report the success and failure of projects.

9. The knowledge and experience to determine best practices for each project.

What are some things you will be doing? 1. You will be working with a team of experienced developers, to coordinate in the design, and execution of software projects.

2. You will be responsible for software design, and implementation from analysis, to production, and commercial development.

3. Assessing projects for risks, and collaborating with the team to successfully regroup and stay on schedule.

4. Setting and controlling the scope of projects, based on what needs to be delivered.

5. Preferred experience in one of the following: 
  • Auto dealership CRM
  • Auto dealership management experience
  • Vehicle manufacturer software tools or technology
  • Automotive industry specifically fixed operations, parts, and/or service

What do we absolutely need from you?
  1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the field of Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
  2. PMP Certification, Scrum Master Certification, or Agile Certified Practitioner Certification.
  3. 5 years of related Project Management experience and a proven track record of success in delivering business oriented software.
  4. Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle and using industry standards to achieve success.
  5. 2 years in a C++ environment.
  6. A solid background in the technology industry, specifically web development or application development.
