Job Description

DownEast is seeking a motivated individual to work as a Home Sales Lead for our American Fork, UT location. This position reports to the Combo Store Manager. This is a part-time, non-benefited, non-exempt level position. Our ideal candidate must be friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a customer service oriented environment. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and be extremely reliable.

Roles and Responsibilities

We call our employees "associates" because you are part of a team at DownEast dedicated to success. We are looking for exemplary candidates who are interested in a fun and friendly work environment, and dedicated to providing excellent friendly customer service, driving sales for the store, and maintaining integrity and safety in the workplace.

Essential Functions

  • Customer service
  • Cash handling, cash drawer
  • Store recovery
  • Placing new items in store
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, secure and friendly store
  • Driving sales

Working Conditions

  • Able to spend entire shift on feet. Must be able to lift 30+ lbs
