Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads by building relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and adjusters
  • Promote all services offered by Paul Davis Restoration
  • Schedule and visit insurance customers, attending networking functions and trade shows
  • Manage marketing programs and utilize technology software for CRM, email campaigns, and sales tracking
  • Attend training courses and conferences
  • Coordinate community events, charitable activities, and Continuing Education courses
  • Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
  • Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to close sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and project management ability
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills (Internet, Microsoft Office)
  • Independent, personable, and self-directed
  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications preferred
  • Minimum three years of sales experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Franchise, restoration, or construction/home improvement experience is a plus
