Customer Success Representative roles are individuals who are interested in learning about the insurance industry and will be working for an established Agency. They will be helping the agent by building up their book of business, maintain existing clientele and provide information to clients regarding the Farmers' services and products as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales goals set by the agency.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients and prospects through regular communication and proactive service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members.
  • Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients.
Qualifications:
  • Ambitious mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Must be licensed to sell insurance in the state of Colorado or willing to obtain licenses.
