  • Operate delay mechanism for live programming and oversee delay operator scheduling.
  • Proactively monitor department systems and processes and develop and implement strategies and projects to support cross-team collaboration and information sharing and drive greater effectiveness in our work.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion regarding all business matters.

This position is crucial for implementing strategic initiatives, offering outstanding internal support to our partners, and promoting functional excellence. Therefore, the ideal candidate will excel at fostering positive relationships and establishing trust with the entire department and our partners, including creative executives, writers, producers, advertising agencies, and other divisions of NBCUniversal, such as Ad Sales and Legal.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and One Note.
  • A desire to grow professionally as the role's responsibility grows rapidly with the business.

Additional Requirements:

  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
  • Excellent cross-team synchronization, project management, and executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and a high volume of time-sensitive tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing and available to work after regular working hours, during holidays, and on weekends as needed to meet operational needs, like show-specific production schedules and timelines.
