At Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line, our Back-of-House (BOH) Director is responsible for all operations pertaining to our food and kitchen area. Your schedule will be flexible according to the needs of the business, allowing you the greatest opportunity to succeed in your role.

What Winning Looks Like

-Assist in hiring.
-Create training plans to teach our new Team Members how to prepare food, work different positions, and team player skills.
-Get to know your team and seek to have a positive impact on them.
-Create training plans for our Supervisor Team.
-Heart of a mentor. Build a healthy culture by relentlessly coaching our team towards behaviors that support our mission and values.
-Identify and develop future leaders.
-Communicate key strategies to the Supervisor Team and ensure that information is being passed along to our Team Members.

Process:
-Create and maintain an environment of food safety, professionalism, and cleanliness in the BOH.
-Create systems that help us execute with excellence and efficiency in the areas of communication, teamwork, food safety, food quality, order accuracy, speed of service, inventory management, and cleanliness.
-Reduce defects Find hang-ups in our workflow (processes) and fix them with the team.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Position Requirements:
*Full-Time, 40+ hours per week
*Open Availability Monday-Saturday
