Role:

Serve as support for the overall organization's brand voice, tone, image and positioning within the market as well as all other areas related to the brand. Understand how the organization is perceived externally and assist with the development of programs and actions that maximize its impact. Responsible for supporting the development of marketing strategies and campaigns, promoting product and Line of Business (LOB) growth, and gathering and analyzing a variety of data to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive awareness and recognition in the market and lead to overall organizational profitability.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of corporate and product marketing.

  • Assist with the advancement of the Aux and InNetwork brands through well-crafted and executed marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of internal/external marketing initiatives and activities for corporate and product brands that drive awareness and recognition in the market.
  • Assist with the management of external relationships with industry trade partners and association groups (CUToday, CUNA Business Association, state leagues, etc.).
  • Assist with the update and maintenance of the company's websites with content and design components, working closely with our website host vendor.
  • Develop materials and present periodic internal brand training to new employees.
  • Assist with the translation of brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with senior management and business development to identify and assist in the development of lead generation and product marketing strategies.

Assist with the creation, execution, and management of promotional activities to drive the desired message for the organization's services and products.

  • Support the implementation and management of systems that drive digital marketing, including marketing automation, content marketing and email marketing (Monday.com CRM).
  • Provide periodic research and awareness of competitor's promotional activities.

Assist with the creation, management, and execution of all creative.

  • Help with the design of relevant and impactful identity, advertising, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain solid understanding and research of design trends.

Assist with the development the company's content marketing strategy and provide product marketing support to the company's business units.

  • Create content for educational lead generation activity, press releases, feature articles, campaigns, and promotional pieces for internal, partner and media publications.
  • Work as contact point for public relations: press releases, news clips, liaison with the press, development and maintenance of the press list and Aux and InNetwork press kits.
  • Assist with the development of marketing collateral to support Aux and InNetwork's products and services (websites, events, social media, etc.).
  • Support the management and periodic creation of company surveys and other survey tools for each LOB. Gather key insights from the survey results for the creation articles, blogs and summaries for prospect discovery calls, social media posts, third-party media partners, and company website updates.

Responsible for posting social media content and growing the user community.

  • Support the management of social media tools, content, and ongoing support to drive awareness and generate interest/leads (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Assist with the management of the company website blogs and relevant content for target audience.
  • Manage the content creation and distribution of the company's newsletters.
  • Actively and continually improve the functionality and growth of the subscriber/follower communities.

Knowledge, Skills and Environment

Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience

Education: A two-year associate's degree or equivlant training and experience in marketing, commuications or related field. Four-year degree a plus.
