The Talent

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our software implementation firm to support the NetSuite Alliance Partner Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with various marketing activities, including creating marketing collateral, managing social media accounts, coordinating events, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Commitment

  • As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support the NetSuite Alliance Partner Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral, such as case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
  • Create and manage social media content and engagement for the company's social media accounts.
  • Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing collateral and digital asset library.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Assist with other marketing projects and duties as assigned.

The Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with marketing automation software.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite products and services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, is a plus.
