Risk Management Advisor (Inside Sales)
Full-Time, In-Office
As an Inside Sales Insurance Advisor, you are engaging daily with clients who have expressed interest in receiving an insurance quote. Leads are generated through corporate leadership, providing warm leads for you to serve with genuine care and intentionality. Along with fielding leads you will serve an existing extensive client base with coverage inquiries, renewal review, and additional sales opportunities. You’ll stay up to date on industry developments and trends to enhance your industry knowledge and to advise clients and team alike. Your responsibility is to be the trusted advisor our clients turn to decipher the best options for them based on their personal goals.

Leads are generated through referral partnerships, providing warm leads for you to serve with genuine care and intentionality. You’ll stay up to date on industry developments and trends to enhance your industry knowledge and to advise clients and team alike. Your responsibility is to be the trusted advisor our clients turn to decipher the best options for them based on their personal goals.
Requirements

- Manage and sell the warm leads given to you by making multiple outbound calls, texts, and emails a day

Training & Mentorship
You will go through a comprehensive 5-week training and onboarding program to fully equip you to engage in insurance conversations with clients. You will be mentored by a Senior Risk Management Advisor, giving you opportunities for continued learning and development. You will also have the support of an executive coach who will help you craft your annual plan to meet production goals and objectives established each year.
