Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent strategies to nurture employee growth and problem-solving abilities.
  • Provide invaluable HR Business Partner support to our management team, ensuring seamless employee relations.
  • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and background checks for production hourly applicants.
  • Spearhead engaging new employee orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition into our dynamic workplace.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to align service offerings with organizational strategies and operational priorities.
  • Drive the development and execution of HR strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Utilize independent judgment to enhance business performance through high-performance programs and systems.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Build and lead a strong management team, providing coaching and development to foster future leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of Human Resources/Business Management experience in manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and staffing practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Solid business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and lead change with conviction.
