Compensation:

$62,400

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:


Bookkeeping and Accounting:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Handle all aspects of accounting including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and file taxes in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Generate and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, prepare financial forecasts.


Office Administration:

  • Manage office operations including handling emails, scheduling, and maintaining customer sheets.
  • Utilize Excel, Word, and Google Calendar to organize and track company activities.
  • Assist in managing communications and schedules for the management team.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.


Property Management:

  • Assist in managing properties, including coordinating maintenance and handling tenant communications.
  • Use property management software to track lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Support property inspections and ensure compliance with property regulations.


Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with tax preparation and filing.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Calendar.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in property management is preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.


Education and Experience:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Experience in office administration and property management is a plus.


Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience.
