Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to understand their roofing needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Conduct Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their roofing requirements, educate them about our products and services, and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.
  • Prepare and Present Proposals: Create compelling proposals and presentations that outline the benefits of our roofing solutions, address client concerns, and demonstrate the value proposition for partnering with us.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
