EnerStar Solutions requires an experienced HVAC Supervisor for our Yukon, OK area.


The HVAC Supervisor is mainly responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis and repair of HVAC units used in our housing rental fleet. At times, the successful candidate will be required to travel to our other yards in TX and WY. The travel is on an as needed basis. The employee would be compensated with per diem and housing when required to travel. As the HVAC Supervisor you would be in charge of ordering parts and shipping to the other yards when needed. The supervisor would also work with field technicians in training on the basic repairs and preventative maintenance  on the HVAC units.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Work Safely or not at all. Value and follow all safe work practices, company policies, and client worksite regulations
  • High level of Customer Service and results driven
    • Work with team members in Operations
  • Install new heating, cooling and ventilation systems
  • Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness & safety
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity
    • Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
  • Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues
  • Repair damaged HVAC systems
  • Respond to all service calls
  • Schedule and conduct all repairs and maintenance of all HVAC equipment on all inventory items
  • Support EnerStar team members with guidance on the phone or in person on resolution to issues they may have regarding HVAC equipment
  • Apply local HVAC codes & regulations in a practical manner on each job
  • Layout, design and install low-voltage wiring
  • Maintain assigned company vehicle
    • Truck logs and vehicle inspection reports
    • Preventative maintenance to assigned vehicle and equipment
  • Compliance with all Company & regulatory health, safety & environmental requirements: job safety analysis, pre/post trip inspections, near miss, hazard reports
  • Maintain Freon dispensing records to meet federal requirements
  • Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned

 

QUALIFICAITONS:

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and terrains
  • Proficiency in using computer software programs for inventory tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance among team members
  • Experience in yard or logistics setting preferred
  • HVAC Certification
  • State HVAC Technician license
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel throughout the region (mid-west)
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience in a comparable industry
