HVAC Supervisor

About the Role:

EnerStar Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Yukon, OK. As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC units used in our housing rental fleet. You will also be required to travel to our other yards in TX and WY on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work safely and follow all safe work practices, company policies, and client worksite regulations.
• Provide high-level customer service and results-driven work with team members in Operations.
• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity.
• Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues.
• Repair damaged HVAC systems.
• Respond to all service calls.
• Schedule and conduct all repairs and maintenance of all HVAC equipment on all inventory items.
• Support EnerStar team members with guidance on the phone or in person on resolution to issues they may have regarding HVAC equipment.
• Apply local HVAC codes and regulations in a practical manner on each job.
• Lay out, design, and install low-voltage wiring.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle.
• Comply with all Company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain Freon dispensing records to meet federal requirements.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
• Proficiency in using computer software programs for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance among team members.
• Experience in yard or logistics setting preferred.
• HVAC Certification.
• State HVAC Technician license.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel throughout the region.
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in a comparable industry.
