Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Service Verification - Data Entry
  • Make outbound calls to our service providers to verify completion of work
  • Enter information into the system
  • Maintaining quality relationships with providers that promote consistent service delivery
  • General office duties

Experience and Skill:

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to de-escalate and resolve concerns, multitask and work with an attention to detail
  • Ability to perform duties with urgency and deliver quality, accurate and thorough work
  • Willingness to adapt and accept additional work assignments as needed
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
