Settlement Analyst

BASIC FUNCTION: The Settlement Analyst is responsible for processing weekly payments/settlements for our Distributors/Independent Operators (IOs) and answer any questions related to their accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Generate payment to independent contractors on a weekly basis

· Generate Excel reports and spreadsheets

· Analyze data

· Create pivot tables to present Distributors.

· Check for price discrepancies.

· Create transactions in our accounting system

· Be able to answer questions regarding accounts.

· Email statements of account on a weekly basis

· Meet check deadlines

· Other duties as needed.

· Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Be able to work with pivot tables

· Attention to detail

· Organized

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment

· Effective communication in English and Spanish

· Ability to meet deadlines

REQUIREMENT

· Bilingual (English/Spanish)

· Costumer Service

· Computer skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Intermediate/ proficient with Excel (pivot tables/ formulas)

· Desire to learn Great Plains Software (GP)
