Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls, and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
- Provide constant, attentive and friendly service to customers, greets guests in appropriate manner.
- Serve and refill beverages to customer.
- Clear dirtied dishes and glassware from occupied tables in a quick and timely manner.
- Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean; neat work area with adequate supply level.
- Maintain a clean and stocked beverage station.
- Relay any complaints, problems or positive remarks to shift supervisor.
- Maintains confidential daily record keeping of tips.
- Attend all training meetings.
- Assist in other projects, as directed.
- Responsible for alcoholic beverage service to guests according to MAST guidelines.
- Provide “wine service” to guests
- Responsible for maintaining complete beverage and food knowledge.
- Educates guests about current and upcoming promotions.
- Enters guests’ orders accurately and quickly into POS.
- Knowledge of the NQC drinks list, ingredients, and proper condiments.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
- Responsible for maintaining a good attendance record.
- May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.
