Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls, and Northern Quest Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide constant, attentive and friendly service to customers, greets guests in appropriate manner.
  • Serve and refill beverages to customer.
  • Clear dirtied dishes and glassware from occupied tables in a quick and timely manner.
  • Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean; neat work area with adequate supply level.
  • Maintain a clean and stocked beverage station.
  • Relay any complaints, problems or positive remarks to shift supervisor.
  • Maintains confidential daily record keeping of tips.
  • Attend all training meetings.
  • Assist in other projects, as directed.
  • Responsible for alcoholic beverage service to guests according to MAST guidelines.
  • Provide “wine service” to guests
  • Responsible for maintaining complete beverage and food knowledge.
  • Educates guests about current and upcoming promotions.
  • Enters guests’ orders accurately and quickly into POS.
  • Knowledge of the NQC drinks list, ingredients, and proper condiments.
  • Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
  • Responsible for maintaining a good attendance record.
  • May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.
