Administrative Assistant
Administrative support in clerical, administrative and project-based operations. This function includes scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and being a liaison with board members. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, via phone, e-mail and in person.
- Excellent reporting skills
- Ability to schedule with experience in Microsoft Office online calendar and cloud systems.
- Excellent computer software skills including, word, excel, power point share point and teams.
- Excellent Organization skills and the ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of office procedures and protocol.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills,
- Proficient in travel logistics.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma: Bachelor’s degree preferred,
- Three to five years of progressive Executive administrative assistant experience.
Certifications, Licenses, or Registrations:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
