Administrative Assistant

 

Administrative support in clerical, administrative and project-based operations.  This function includes scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and being a liaison with board members. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, via phone, e-mail and in person.
  • Excellent reporting skills
  •  Ability to schedule with experience in Microsoft Office online calendar and cloud systems.
  • Excellent computer software skills including, word, excel, power point share point and teams.
  • Excellent Organization skills and the ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and protocol.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills,
  •  Proficient in travel logistics.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  •  High School Diploma: Bachelor’s degree preferred,
  • Three to five years of progressive Executive administrative assistant experience.

Certifications, Licenses, or Registrations:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
