Job Description:
As an Assistant Nursing Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the nursing team, overseeing operations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This unique opportunity includes on-the-job training to help you develop the skills and knowledge necessary for success in healthcare management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Nursing Manager to supervise and lead nursing staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Prior nursing experience is a plus
