Roles and Responsibilities:

• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
• Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring water.
• Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for the next
course.
• Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to the dish room and place silverware,
dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
• Between seating promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths. Check the floor
and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests.
• Facilitate food delivery promptly.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation
of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate
supervisor.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for
improvement.
• Any additional tasks that are asked to be performed such as but not limited
to, helping with food preparation when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Food handler card certification training hours are provided (if needed).

• Responsible Beverage Service license (if required).
• 6 months to 1 year experience in similar capacity.

• Flexible/Adaptable schedule. Available to work evenings, weekends, and
holidays.
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules.
• Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements and food handling safety
standards.

Physical Demands:

• Able to reach, bend, and stoop.

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Be able to carry hot dishes up to 210 F.
