Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in California. As an LVN with Caring Hands Staffing, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
  • Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and wellness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid California LVN license.
  • Completion of an accredited LVN program.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
