Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative / Customer Success Manager to join our B2B sales team. This role is crucial for driving sales and building strong, enduring relationships with business clients. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring ongoing success and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential business clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce our solutions and set up sales presentations.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including negotiating contracts and finalizing deals.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and challenges to effectively propose and sell solutions that align with their needs.

  • Serve as the primary relationship holder for new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their ongoing needs and provide timely solutions, enhancements, and updates.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

  • Provide proactive customer support and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring a swift resolution and maintaining trust.

  • Implement customer success metrics and feedback loops to continually improve the client experience and product offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in a role that involves complex solution selling.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop relationships with key business decision-makers.

  • Experience in managing multiple accounts and understanding the dynamics of client management in a B2B setting.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sales and customer success technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • Knowledge of Roofing trends, challenges, and solutions preferred.
