Job Description:

We are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Success Representative with a passion for the residential market and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This role focuses on engaging homeowners, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that enhance their home environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential residential customers via phone, email, and other channels to introduce our home solutions, assess their needs, and close sales.

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with homeowners, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.

  • Manage the customer journey, ensuring a smooth process and addressing any issues that arise to maximize satisfaction and retention.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and sell to customers.

  • Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow customer accounts, including regular check-ins, updates on new offerings, and educational content on product usage.

  • Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the product and service teams to drive continuous improvement in our offerings.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, sales progress, and customer insights to enhance sales strategies and customer service practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2C sales, ideally in a residential-focused industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear customer communication.

  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

  • Proven track record of not just meeting, but exceeding sales quotas and customer expectations.

  • Understanding of the residential market and homeowner needs, with an ability to tailor solutions effectively.
