We are currently seeking a compassionate and dynamic individual with a deep passion for teaching to join our team as a Head Teacher for three and four-year-old children in our NAEYC Accredited Early Learning Program located in Bethel, CT. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with a minimum of 12 credits in Early Childhood Education. Additionally, candidates should have existing knowledge or a willingness to acquire knowledge about the Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards, as well as the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) standards, and CT State Licensing regulations.

You will thrive in this position if you are a collaborative team player. The Head Teacher must excel in building strong relationships with colleagues, families, and children alike. Must be dedicated to attending all mandatory School Readiness trainings and obtaining certification in First Aid (CT Childcare)/CPR if not already certified.

Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is desirable but not mandatory.

This is a full-time, year-round position, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour workdays.
