This is an "entry level" Service Advisor position, where you will just be facilitating vehicle maintenance for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, transparent and effective service

  • Write accurate repair orders and get all clients approval before beginning work on their vehicles

  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer

  • Schedule and maintain all Lincoln Express appointments

  • Ensure the daily inventory of your Express Technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers

  • Answer basic vehicle maintenance questions

  • Maintain Net Promoter Score (client satisfaction) at or above company standards

  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards

Qualifications

  • Organized and friendly personality

  • Time management skills

  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

  • Basic knowledge of how a vehicle works

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, Ford or Lincoln experience is a plus

  • Consistent record of service and sales success

  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

  • Team oriented and self-motivated

  • Able to work with little supervision

  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
