Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating administrative tasks such as installation schedule, ordering of job materials, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing project files.
  • Assisting with procurement activities, such as obtaining bids, processing invoices, and tracking material deliveries.
  • Communicating with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of project-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Supporting project managers and supervisors with administrative tasks to ensure project efficiency and compliance.
  • Facilitating communication between project team members and ensuring that information flows smoothly.
  • Maintaining accurate project records, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals.
  • Coordinating meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities as required.
  • Assisting in the coordination of project closeout activities, including compiling project documentation and facilitating final inspections.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a construction environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, and Construction CRM/Software
  • Experience in commercial and residential construction administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Active valid Driver's License for at least 3 years
