Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
- Coordinating administrative tasks such as installation schedule, ordering of job materials, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing project files.
- Assisting with procurement activities, such as obtaining bids, processing invoices, and tracking material deliveries.
- Communicating with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of project-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Supporting project managers and supervisors with administrative tasks to ensure project efficiency and compliance.
- Facilitating communication between project team members and ensuring that information flows smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate project records, including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals.
- Coordinating meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities as required.
- Assisting in the coordination of project closeout activities, including compiling project documentation and facilitating final inspections.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience working in a construction environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SmartSheet, and Construction CRM/Software
- Experience in commercial and residential construction administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Active valid Driver's License for at least 3 years
