An ideal candidate for our team would have construction, technology, and/or product management experience, although not all are a requirement. What you’ll do… Interview client SME’s and document their needs for extending their Unifier implementation Deliver SME needs to data engineers, software developers, and Unifier admins Ability to understand processes housed in other systems and convert them to running in Unifier Assist staff in testing and overseeing the acceptance of Unifier improvements Develop Technical Architect Diagrams to illustrate system architecture Understand Unifier API documentation and work with SMEs of other IT systems to understand integrations and data mapping Create Unifier Business Processes and User Defined Reports You should have Technology degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Primavera Unifier Implementation Consultant) 5+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation 2+ years of Unifier experience Expertise in Unifier’s front-end use and administration Proficiency with SQL Deep understanding of Unifier’s data model and ability to extend Unifier in a performant fashion A track record of successfully partnering with its clients to implement Oracle Unifier and achieve the goals set forth in the contract Ability to be hands-on in detail and high-level strategic Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.) Expert SQL and/or Python skills Characteristics of an ideal candidate Responsive; Avicado takes great pride in reacting quickly and positively to our clients and teammates, both internal and external Innovative; a desire to drive innovation through new and unique solutions while embracing creative ideas Entrepreneurial; the drive to take initiative, deliver results, and create value for our clients Empowered; bring solutions instead of problems Performance Driven & Accountable; sets goals and challenges our high-performance culture Even-tempered; handles pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment Coachable; recognizes strengths & weakness and open to guidance Why Avicado Competitive compensation Health insurance 401k with employer match Flexible PTO Remote work Philanthropic Matching Gift Program And more… About Avicado Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLP was established in 2015 with a focus on utilizing the latest cloud-based tools and applications to enhance our clients' experience.
