Job Description: Are you passionate about powersports and have a knack for sales? Mosites Motorsports is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers in finding the perfect powersports vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing a rapport and building trust.
  • Listen to customers' needs and preferences to determine the most suitable powersports vehicle for them.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of various models.
  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing, financing options, and warranties.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience a plus, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers.
  • A passion for powersports and a good understanding of different types of vehicles and their features.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
