- You love setting an example and leading with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- You have proven experience as a manager at a landscape services company.
- You have a deep understanding of landscape design and maintenance techniques.
- You are familiar with financial and budget management.
- You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Our managers supervise several crews, ensuring job site tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and with our quality standards in mind.
Requirements:Skills and Experience

- Strong communication skills with the client, team, coordinator, and operations manager
- 3 years of experience in landscape services
- Ability to teach and develop team members
- Ensuring efficient use of hours on projects
- Ensuring all team members perform their work in a safe manner
- Positive and solutions-focused attitude
