F45 Bay Shore, located in Bay Shore, New York, is looking for part-time Group Fitness Coaches to join our community to lead fast- paced, technology-driven HIIT group classes. We are the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world and its because of our great product and team At F45 Bay Shore, our group fitness coaches provide a personal training feel within the group fitness setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading high quality group training classes to members
  • Ensuring members are using correct form at all times
  • Provide progressions and regressions for all exercises as needed
  • Inspiring and promoting an energetic environment
  • Set up, break down, and store equipment before and/or after class if needed
  • Ensuring the studio is impeccably maintained
  • Welcoming members by name
  • Attending and participating in monthly staff meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Integrity, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset
  • Group training, personal training and/or coaching experience
  • Extremely punctual and reliable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
  • The desire and ability to connect with people
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays between 7:30am and 11am
  • Must understand functional movement, HIIT, heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
REQUIREMENTS
  • Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification that is up to date
  • Maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
  • Experience as a group fitness instructor or personal trainer
  • Must be willing to speak with members about pricing and our offerings
  • Participate in class on a biweekly basis
  • Must be able to safely lift 75 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk and participate in classes for an extended period of time
  • Ability to execute all exercises and movements for classes
