We have an excellent opportunity available for the self-starting individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The position will provide opportunity for advancement, having the ability to move into an Assistant Controller role. This is a full-time opportunity (with full company paid benefits) working in an office environment.

Responsibilities will include:

    • GL Account Reconciliation
    • Bank Reconciliation
    • Month End Closing
    • Participating in Audit and Census Processing
    • Gathering Information for Contract Bidding
    • Assisting in Processing of Payroll

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV)
  • Knowledge of Lease Accounting Rules
  • Experience working with foreign currency
  • Experience with sales and use tax
