Mental Health Therapist reports directly to the assigned supervisor with overall program supervision provided by Clinic Director.

QUALIFICATIONS


Education/Licensure
Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Candidates should ideally have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPC-IT etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Work Experience Requirements:

Current resident of the state of Wisconsin
Valid driver's License and Insurance maintained throughout employment.
Performs a range of clinical services including accurate assessments therapy/counseling, support and to evaluate mental health and/or co-occurring issues in a culturally competent, recovery oriented, trauma sensitive manner
Provide direct Care Coordination services to consumers in partnership with the community partner
Attends regular team meetings and participate in clinical case discussions
Maintains minimum direct service hour expectations
Represent the clinic and its mission and values to other agencies and the public
