JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Remodeling Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, specializing in roofing, gutters, windows, and roof repairs. This entry-level position is ideal for those passionate about the roofing industry, ready to climb new heights (literally) and eager to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must be ok with heights and climbing roofs.
  • Generate leads through personal marketing and collaboration with our marketing team.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, gutters, and windows, accurately assessing damages.
  • Assist customers in material selection, ensuring informed decisions for their roofing projects.
  • Manage payment collection and conduct post-project walk-arounds to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups.
  • Complete mandatory training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in roofing preferred.
  • Experience in the roofing industry, with a strong understanding of systems, materials, and processes. (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and teams.
  • Proficiency in computer use for reporting and data management.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits.
  • Comfortable with heights and physically capable of climbing steep roofs.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Mandatory 2-week classroom training, including assessments in industry-related programs.
