This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a leadership role and help build a successful business. The Sales Representative will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success and will have the support and resources needed to achieve their goals.
As a sales representative at iFoam, you will be responsible for selling spray foam and other insulation services to commercial and residential owners in your territory.  As a rep, you will help build the client list, sales revenue and back the company on standards, quality, and professionalism.  A successful sales rep will have creative lead-generating techniques and drive to exceed sales goals.  You will use your strong communication and selling skills to present innovative insulation solutions to prospective customers.  
Responsibilities:
  • Operate with a customer service mindset, solving customer needs and delivering, good, better, best options that meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
  • Develop and Maintain relationships with custom builders and other trades across the territory.
  • Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.
  • Cold calling, door knocking, meeting with prospective clients when needed
  • Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
  • Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be a self starter.
  • Must be detail oriented and take pride in delivering a quality quote.
  • Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor and review all workorders to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Maintain constant communication between all departments on current workorders.
  • Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain daily reporting.
  • Answering new and existing customers phone calls while following sales processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have one or more years of experience in customer service or sales
  • Must have onsite construction or HVAC related experience
  • Must have a working knowledge of CRM programs
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Requires 100 % proficiency in product offerings. 
  • Sales experience highly desired
  • Must be able to demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
  • Ability to follow policy and procedures
  • Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of common computer software including but not limited to: MS Outlook, word, excel, CRM
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes required to sit for long periods of time while regularly out in the field knocking on doors and engaging with business owners.
  • Very detail oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including and understanding of basic grammar and writing.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking
  • Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
Compensation & Benefits Details:
Compensation: Base Of $35,000.00 Annually + Additional Commission Opportunities = Anticipated First Year's Income Of $100,000.00 Or More

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Paid Training Additional benefit details can be provided by hiring franchise leadership

Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
    • Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
    • Use vision abilities including: close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
    • Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
    • Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
    • Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with “on call availability” and must be able to travel on short notice.
    • Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods
