CAD/RMS Application Support Specialist

Would you like an opportunity to support customers and drive resolution of reported issues? The client is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join their collaborative team who operates state of the art computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems and records management systems (RMS).

As an Application Support Specialist you will be able to interact directly with customers and the technical team while you gather system logs, troubleshoot issues in a Windows desktop and server environment, and ensure that the issue tracking system is kept up to date.

If you have experience with PremierOne CAD/RMS systems and enjoy troubleshooting and resolving issues, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Please note this is an onsite position at the client's Richmond, VA area location.

As a Application Support Specialist, you will:

  • Utilize your experience with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) and records management systems (RMS)
  • Troubleshooting, log, and escalate reported system issues
  • Facilitate timely resolution of customer issues

Position requirements:

  • 3+ years of application support experience
  • PremierOne CAD/RMS systems experience
  • Troubleshooting expertise
  • Hands-on experience with public safety systems
  • Experience using or administering Windows servers and desktops
  • Experience with issue reporting ticketing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to track reported issues and escalate as needed to ensure closure
