Job Summary:
Service Dispatcher. This is a full-time, individual contributor role based in Melbourne, Florida. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service requests for our dealership's technicians. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Dealership experience is a plus. This is a base plus commission paid position. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming service requests for the dealership and assign them to the appropriate technician
- Maintain an accurate schedule for the technicians, ensuring efficient use of their time and skills
- Communicate with Service Advisors to gather necessary information and provide updates on service requests
- Monitor progress of service requests and communicate any delays or issues to customers
- Assign and record all work to ensure proper documentation and billing procedures are followed
- Keep detailed records of all service requests, including customer information and work performed
- Act as a liaison between Service Advisors and technicians to resolve any conflicts or issues
- Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and sales, to ensure timely and efficient service for customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dealership management systems
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes is a plus
